What is it like to work at ABC Group?
My job is quite varied. At one moment, I might be helping people over the phone, and the next, I’m managing projects or guiding team members. It is also a very flexible job, which allows me to adjust my hours easily and work from home.
What do you think of the work environment and culture?
We are located in a fairly wooded area, which is ideal for flexibility and being able to go home easily. There is also a nice relaxation area where you can play darts, for example. Regarding the work culture, growth is highly valued. Personal growth benefits not only the individual but also the company, enabling it to grow further. There is also a strong sense of trust in team members and colleagues, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
How is the team atmosphere?
The team atmosphere at ABC Group is very good. Besides work, there’s often time to talk about sports like Formula 1 and football or other topics over a drink.
Are there opportunities for growth?
There are definitely plenty of growth opportunities at ABC Group. Especially for recent graduates, who are guided through certifications and exams. Opportunities are also available for others, allowing growth within the same role. The company is even very open to career progression into different roles within ABC Group.
Have you had the chance to grow?
I started as an internal employee, as the sole (infra) staff member. This has since grown into a team of five internal employees and several external ones. I have been the Team Lead of this group for about seven years. I have personally gone through a development journey, gaining experience and attending multiple training sessions and courses, both internally and externally.
What is your favorite tech gadget?
My ultimate tech gadget is the Kindle. It allows me to listen to or read books without worrying about the battery, which can last for months.
