.NET Competence Lead

At ABC-Groep, we are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Competence Lead to strengthen our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a passion for coding and enjoys sharing that passion with colleagues.
As a .NET expert, you will be the go-to person within ABC-Groep for all things .NET. You will develop a roadmap for training, blog posts, and workshops centered around relevant .NET frameworks and technologies. You will have the opportunity to attend conferences in your field to acquire necessary knowledge. You will lead a vibrant .NET community within ABC-Groep.
Profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET development.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET (Framework), EntityFramework, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is a plus.
- You stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .NET development.
- You act as a technical coach and provide technical guidance and support where needed.
- Experience with agile software development methodology.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- You independently design and implement new functionalities within a multi-functional development team.
- Experience in coaching and managing .NET development teams as a Technical Lead or in a similar role is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment is a plus.
