About Qualiphar
Qualiphar's products aim to improve consumers' health and fulfill specific needs or enhance their quality of life. They approached us with a request to develop a validated Document Management System (DMS) for them to manage all work instructions and procedures.
Result
With the DBS application, Qualiphar can manage Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Work Procedures (WP). These procedures have a lifecycle (valid from/to, expire after a certain period) and are approved using a specific workflow. Physical prints are also checked and traced.
The procedures can be accessed in an ISO-standard structure (Chapter, Section) or can be consulted via a procedure manual (per employee profile or per machine).
For the laboratory, a connection with the LIMS application was provided.
