Our management activities include: proactive monitoring, regular management, disaster recovery and projects. Meetings are held quarterly to evaluate services and/or plan regular management and projects.
3 flavors 24/7
There are 3 flavors of management: Monitoring, Maintenance & Management. The form of contract determines which activities are included in the monthly fee to be calculated. The service level is the same for all contract types.
