Personalised
The starting point for every employee in the LMS is their personal training curriculum. Based on their roles within the company and their individual progress, an up-to-date list of completed and pending training courses is always displayed.
Training Catalog
The training catalog is a categorized list of all training courses that, potentially after approval, are offered. From here, employees can enroll or express their interest in a training course.
Various types of training
The LMS can request read confirmations ("Read & Understood") for procedures and work instructions that are important for everyone's role, depending on the roles within the company.
Retraining
Some training courses may need to be repeated regularly (e.g., annually), or a change in content may require retraining. No problem: the training curricula are automatically adjusted.
