Learning management system
Often, an employee needs to achieve a certain level of training, depending on the roles they fulfill within the company. Moreover, these training programs are constantly evolving. As a result, keeping a personalized training curriculum up to date for each employee is an almost impossible task. By setting up a Learning Management System (LMS) in Microsoft 365, you always maintain an overview. A training curriculum displays the required (and potentially renewable) training programs for each employee, depending on their role and/or department. A Training Record shows the completed training programs, and an training catalog lists all available training programs.
